Os Irmãos de Plymouth, também chamados de Darbistas embora muitos de seus correlegionários rejeitem qualquer nomenclatura, são diversos grupos cristãos com origem em reuniões cristãs adenominacionais em Dublin na Irlanda por volta de 1825.
Os primeiros irmãos eram estudantes que começaram a se reunir sem interesse de começar uma nova denominação. Um dos seus primeiros líderes foi John Nelson Darby, que pretendia restaurar um cristianismo simples.
O movimento chegou a Portugal, onde são conhecido como Assembleia dos Irmãos e ao Brasil, onde são referidos como Casa de Oração.
O movimento sofreu várias divisões, como entre os irmãos abertos e os exclusivos, além de surgir formas nativas do movimento dos irmãos, principalmente em Kerala, Índia e o movimento da Igreja Local Chinesa.
Há diversidade em teologia, mas em comum creem em uma interpretação simples e literal da Bíblia, usualmente com uma hermenêutica dispensacionalista; praticam semanalmente a santa ceia; rejeitam um clero profissional e são liderados por anciãos leigos não-assalariados.
